Natural and synthetic slate

Roofs and facadesbuilt to Benelux standards

We build flat and pitched roofs, renovate old ones and clad facades. Slate is where we go deepest.

Our crews are built from craftsmen with more than 20 years on roofs and facades.

  • Craft behind the work

20 years of roofing knowledge is the foundation. We do not trade quality for a deadline.

  • Benelux experience

We learned our standards and our eye for detail on sites in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

  • One contractor, the whole job

We take the project from stripping the old covering to signing off the finished roof and facade.

About us

Western standards,traditional craft

Duradach brings Western European standards of execution together with respect for traditional craft. Our roofing knowledge rests on more than 20 years of practice from the people who make up our crews.

The team is made of proven specialists. They know roofs and facades inside out, and they treat every project with full care for the building trade.

We work on new developments and on buildings with a long history. The first ask for precision in the detail. The second ask for judgement, so the building keeps its character.

The full scopeof roof and facade work

From stripping the old covering to signing off the finished facade. One contractor answers for all of it.

Flat and pitched roofs

Full build and installation. We match the covering and the layer build-up to the structure, not the other way round.

Stripping old coverings

We take worn coverings off under control, with the structure and the site around it protected.

Renovation and upgrades

We bring roofs back to watertight and back to looking right. Worn parts go, sound parts stay.

Facades

We build durable facades that carry the front of the building, slate included, in step with the roof.

Natural slateand synthetic

We know the range of covering technologies. What we are proud of is the material that asks for craft: slate.

Close-up of the texture of natural slate
  • Durability measured in generations

Laid correctly, natural slate serves for over 100 years and holds its look for decades.

  • Detail you cannot rush

Flashings, valleys, hips and chimneys in slate need a craftsman’s hand. Pace does not stand in for it.

  • A natural material

Slate comes straight out of rock. It does not burn, it takes frost and it needs no protective coating.

We brought the standards back from the Benelux. The craft is from here.

We know how to runa demanding project

  1. Conversation

A free conversation about the project. We learn the needs, the scope and the date the roof has to be ready.

  2. Assessment on site

We check the structure and the state of the covering in person. Without that a quote is guesswork.

  3. Quote

A detailed quote split into materials and labour. The scope and the schedule in writing.

  4. Build

Our own crew on site, one lead on our side, and checks at every stage.

  5. Handover

We walk the finished roof together, hand over the as-built documents and the warranty on the work.

At every stage you have one person to call, and you know what is happening on the roof.
