The duradach.com site presents Duradach’s work: roofs, facades and slate. By using it you accept the rules below.

An enquiry is not a contract

Sending the form or calling is an invitation to talk. A contract to build a roof or facade exists only after scope, price and dates are agreed, in the form both sides accept. Until then neither side is bound to the job.

Content on the site

Descriptions, project photos and figures on the site are illustrative. Every roof is priced on its own. Do not copy materials from the site without Duradach’s consent.

Liability

We take care that the site works and the information stays current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for decisions taken solely from the site, without speaking to us.

Law

Use of the site is governed by Polish law. We try to settle disagreements in conversation first.
