This page explains how Duradach processes personal data of people who write through the contact form or call the number on the site.

Controller

The controller is Duradach. For privacy questions, write to the email address in the site footer or use the contact form.

What we collect

From the form we store name, phone number, email, optionally the type of project and the message, and the language of the page the enquiry was sent from. On a phone call we process the number you call from and what we discuss, as far as needed to reply.

Why, and on what basis

Enquiry data is used only to reply: a quote, a call, or a scope discussion. The basis is steps prior to a contract, which you ask for by sending the form or calling. We do not use this data for a newsletter or for profiling.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as the conversation about the roof or facade is live, then for as long as accounting and tax rules require if the job goes ahead. If nothing comes of it, we delete the correspondence when it is no longer needed to defend possible claims.

Who we share data with

Recipients are the people at Duradach who answer enquiries, and the hosting, email and form-protection providers (including Cloudflare Turnstile) who process data on our instructions. We do not sell data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, and data portability. You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland. To use these rights, write to the footer email or call.
